Introduction
Moratuwa envisions itself as a City of Pioneers. Its mission is to achieve sustainable urban development for an enlightened future generation, by developing environmental and physical resources improving the standards of living of the inhabitants of Moratuwa and ensuring their well being and comfort, using human resources and tax money collected.
