Introduction
Ligao City was designated as an official city on March 4, 2001. It is located in the Third District of Albay, the Philippines, 502km from the capital city of Manila. Ligao joins CITYNET to improve networking and linking with other local authorites to provide knowledge, and also pave the way for the strengthening Ligao's local government capabilities and capacities.
