Published in conjunction with ADB, the purpose was to create a database and support the improvement in the delivery of sanitation and sewerage services by local governments and sanitation and sewerage service providers through performance monitoring, benchmarking and analysis and peer-to-peer learning from best practices, or city-to-city cooperation.
