Shigenobu Sato appointed as new Assistant Secretary General of CITYNET

Effective April 1st, 2010, Mr Shigenobu Sato from Yokohama City has been appointed the new Assistant Secretary General at the CITYNET Secretariat. Mr. Sato brings with him a wealth of international experience, having worked in New York as well as various international companies and organisations such as Kubota and ITTO.
