2011 Annual Yokohama Waterworks Training - Customer Service Quality Improvement - Deadline Extended
The 2011 Annual Yokohama Waterworks Bureau Training (YWWB) will focus on "Customer Service Quality Improvement."
Please Note: Due to the March 11 Tohoku disaster in northeastern Japan, the original training dates announced (May 29 - June 11) have been revised to July 3 - 16, 2011.
The training dates have been postponed as YWWB are working on disaster countermeasures and related matters. The earthquake has caused some power disruptions and irregular transportation services. However, it is assumed that the situation will improve by July.
THIS TRAINING PROGRAMME IS OPEN TO CITYNET MEMBER CITIES AND ORGANISATIONS ONLY.
