概要
Sevanatha-Urban Resource Center (SURC) was established in 1989 by a group of professionals and community leaders involved in shelter upgrading in Colombo in order to search people friendly solutions for issues related to livelihoods. It is non-profit non governmental organisation working in close collaboration with local governments in major urban centers in Sri Lanka for sustaining community managed environment and livelihood development activities.
